These were some of the "Big" ideas in my graduate thesis. Their intention is to be just on the other side of possible, moneypits, embarrassments; things that should only exist in the mind. There's a whole school of thought on a lot of this: architecture refers to this stuff as Fantasy, or Folly. I forget the artist but I've been playing with this World(weather) vane idea and this one artist had a whole city perched on a mast and the city always pointed into the wind. If I can find it, I'll post it maybe.
